Newnan, Ga. (March 13, 2009) - Piedmont Physicians Group would like to welcome Fatima Dalwai, M.D., Don Griffin, M.D., Theresa Hudson, M.D., Archie Walden, M.D. and Holly Hicks-DeRidder PA-C to its healthcare team. On March 15, their practice, formerly named Premier Medical Group, will become Piedmont Physicians at Premier Medical.
Board-certified in family medicine, these four physicians have been serving their patients in Newnan for 14 years.

Dr. Dalwai received her medical degree from D.Y. Patil. She then completed her internship from CPR Hospital in India. Dr. Dalwai later completed her residency in family medicine from Montgomery Hospital in Norristown, Pa. She is a member of AAFP and Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Griffin received his medical degree from The Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Ga. He then completed his residency in family practice from the Tallahassee Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee, Fl. Dr. Griffin is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians. A native of Ashburn, GA, Dr. Griffin established his office locally in 1995. He and his wife reside in Coweta County. His daughters attended and graduated from Coweta County public schools. He is involved in many local and international concerns including medical missions. His local practice composes a full spectrum of outpatient family medical care.
Dr. Hudson received her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine. She then completed her internship and residency in family practice at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Ga. Dr. Hudson has worked extensively in both private and hospital practice settings. She cares for all age groups and has a strong interest in preventative care including newborn care, sports physicals, well child, and well woman exams.
Dr. Walden received his medical degree from the University of Texas in Galveston, Tx. He then completed his internship at the United States Naval Hospital in Oakland, Ca. where he served as senior intern. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.
Holly Hicks-DeRidder PA-C received her physician assistant degree from Detroit Mercy College. She has worked in family practice the past 10 years at Premier Medical Group.
