William E. Greening, M.D., joins Piedmont Physicians at Senoia

ATLANTA (July 2, 2008) – The Piedmont Physicians Group is proud to welcome William E. Greening, M.D., and his staff, creating Piedmont Physicians at Senoia.

Dr. Greening received his bachelor’s degree in pre-medicine from State University of New York in Albany, New York.  He received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean located in Montserrat, British West Indies and in London, England.  Dr. Greening completed his internship in pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine.  He then finished his second year of residency at the Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa, before returning to Emory to begin his family medicine residency.

Dr. Greening has practiced medicine for more than 20 years.  Prior to joining the Piedmont Physicians Group, he practiced medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Osseo, Wisconsin. He has been a member of the American Medical Association, the Georgia Medical Association, the Southern Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Practice and the Georgia Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Greening is board-certified in family medicine and treats children and adults.
